The tour begins with the solemn beauty of the USS Arizona Memorial, a poignant testament to the heroes who served during World War II. Here, you can reflect on the bravery and sacrifice of these individuals and deepen your appreciation of this significant period in our shared past. The tickets for the Arizona Memorial are not included in the tour price, so be sure to reserve them ahead of time.
From there, your journey continues at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, where a host of immersive exhibits await. You'll have the chance to witness nearly 100 vintage aircraft up close and explore an impressive 120,000 square feet of military aircraft exhibits, all housed in hangars bearing the scars of the 1941 Japanese attack.
Additionally, you'll discover the pivotal role of submarine warfare in turning the tide of the Pacific Fleet during WWII when you board the USS Bowfin Submarine. The final stop on the tour is the powerful Battleship Missouri, where you can stand on the very deck where the Japanese surrendered, marking the end of the war in 1945.
This full day of exploration offers you a comprehensive view of the events leading up to, during, and following the infamous attack on December 7th, 1941. It truly is THE gateway to experiencing all that Pearl Harbor has to offer. The sacrifices, bravery, and world-changing historical events that unfolded here are moments you will remember long after the tour ends.
*Parking: Beginning April 15, 2023, Pearl Harbor National Memorial will charge a parking fee to all those arriving in personal or rented vehicles. The parking fee will be paid via a virtual pay system through visitors' mobile devices or though an onsite kiosk located within the Visitor Center complex.
*Note: Infrequently, due to circumstances beyond our control, the Navy may suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial, or they may need to restrict boat capacity. In these cases, we may place you in a standby line. We cannot offer refunds in this situation and apologize in advance should this occur. You would still be able to visit the exhibits, the Visitors’ Center, and other park monuments.

- Board shuttle bus to Ford Island

- Return to shuttle transport

Pearl Harbor is our #1 visitor destination and can sell out on certain days. We recommend that guests book this tour in advance. We also recommend that you book your tour for the 1st or 2nd full day after your arrival. You will likely be up early on those days because of Hawaii’s time difference, making for an early start to a full day of exploring the attractions at Pearl Harbor.
Your safety is our first priority. Sites and features of the Passport to Pearl Harbor may change due to unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions.

Attire & Bag Policy
Please bring your government-issued ID for entry.
We ask that visitors to the Pearl Harbor Historic Sites dress appropriately and respectfully by avoiding swimsuits. While sandals and flip-flops are permitted, we encourage you to wear closed-toe shoes as there is a lot of walking when visiting the sites. In addition, we recommend visitors avoid skirts and dresses as well as high heels.
No bags are allowed for security reasons, and iPad cases or clutch wallets are not permitted either — a wallet must be no larger than a regular-sized cell phone. The bag storage facility can store your belongings for a fee of $6.00 per bag or $7.50 per bag for more oversized luggage.
