To qualify for a refund, you must cancel your tour at least 72 hours before the start time.
No stop is guaranteed to be operating on the day of your tour. We have no control of Navy and Army operations, which may result in the closure of Ford Island or the boats going to the Arizona Memorial without notice. In the event of this occurring, our guides will make up for it in various ways, so your experience is always worthwhile.
Pearl Harbor Tours that include airline flights from Maui, Big Island of Hawaii, or Kauai can qualify for a full refund if guests add the $20 per person insurance during checkout and cancel at least 72 hours prior to their flight.
If you do not purchase flight insurance at checkout, there are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows at any time after purchase. Rescheduling fees may be applied to change your tour dates. Tickets are non-transferable.

There are no refunds or changes for the Passport To Pearl Harbor. Once you purchase the tickets, you must go on those dates shown. There are no refunds for no-shows. On this immersive, full-day tour, guests will be treated to a wealth of memorable experiences. We'll begin by diving into history with a visit to the Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor, where you'll reflect on the events of December 7, 1941. After watching a short documentary, you'll board a Navy boat and journey to the Memorial, which sits atop the sunken battleship, the USS Arizona.

As we journey around O'ahu, a beautiful and historic island known as "The Gathering Place", you'll witness the island's spectacular diversity, from the glistening North Shore beaches to the verdant rainforests of the Ko'olau Mountains. Along the way, we'll pause at the Dole Pineapple Plantation, where you can indulge in the tropical sweetness of pineapple whip, explore the pavilion, or shop for unique souvenirs.

Our journey through the North Shore area includes a slow drive through charming Hale'iwa Town and passes by famous surfing spots. We'll enjoy lunch in the historic Kahuku Sugar Mill, where your guide will offer recommendations from a selection of local food trucks.
The afternoon brings with it the stunning vistas of O'ahu's windward coast and a stop at Kualoa Regional Park for picture-perfect views of the iconic mountain range. The tour itinerary may vary slightly from day to day, so your guide might decide to take you to some iconic food trucks in the North Shore and visit Hale'iwa later in the day. Visitors are required to bring a valid government-issued ID for entry to the Pearl Harbor Historic Sites.

Appropriate and respectful dress is advised, excluding swimwear. Sandals and flip-flops are acceptable, however, closed-toe shoes are recommended due to the significant amount of walking. Skirts, dresses, and high heels are best avoided.

Bags are not permitted for security reasons, including iPad cases and clutch wallets. Wallets should be no larger than a standard-sized cell phone. A bag storage facility is available, with fees of $7.00 per bag for standard bags and $10.00 for oversized luggage.

Only clear bags approved by the US Navy are permitted, as illustrated in the examples below, and must not exceed 1.25" x 2.25" x 5.5" in size.

How Big Is The Group?

We specialize in offering exclusive small group tours with a maximum of 12 persons. While visiting Pearl Harbor, there may be instances where we join a larger group for certain parts of the experience. Our tours are conducted in comfortable Mercedes Sprinter vehicles, accommodating up to 12 passengers (or 10 passengers for tours including flights).
Are There Meals Included?

No, meals are not included in the price of this tour. During the Pearl Harbor visit, there will be a snack stand available. Additionally, we will make stops at the Dole Plantation, Hale'iwa town, and other destinations throughout the day where you can purchase delicious food. Your guide will offer recommendations tailored to the group's preferences and any specific dietary requirements.
Can I Still Be Picked Up If I’m Not Staying In Waikīkī?

Our team only offers tour pickups at various locations, including the cruise ship pier, the airport, private residences, and Airbnb accommodations in Waikiki.
