A lunch stop is also included to refuel and relax amidst Hawaii's natural wonders.       We have a cancellation policy that requires our guests to contact us at least 72 hours prior to the tour start to change, update or cancel their reservation for a credit refund. Guests who cancel, do not show, or make changes to their reservation within 72 hours will not qualify for any refund.

      Our refund policy is a mix of airline credit for 1 year for each passengerʻs name and cash refund on the difference, minus $100 change and update fee if applicable.

      Any changes to your reservation 24 hours after booking may be subject to a change fee of up to $100.

      The timeline provided for the tour is an example and some stops may not be available on the day of your tour. Your guide will make up those missing stops with other features. You will not be entitled to any discount or partial refund for missed stops, due to events we can not control.

      In the event of an issue where we have to cancel your tour, you will receive a mix of credit and cash refund.

        Although the presence of active lava flow cannot be guaranteed during a visit to the park, in most instances, visitors have the opportunity to witness the mesmerizing sight of flowing lava. They can observe it up close from designated lava viewing access points for hikers, or from a distance while enjoying boat or helicopter tours.

      • What Side Of The Big Island Can I Fly To?

        There are two airports on the Big Island - One in Hilo which is the rugged and lush tropical windward side and the other is in Kona on the dry western side of the island. Hilo is where the island’s rainforests and waterfalls are and Kona is where the big resorts and beaches are.

      • Will Our Guide Be With Us Throughout The Tour?

        Yes, the same guide will accompany you throughout your journey, from the moment you arrive in Hilo until your return to either Honolulu or Maui. If you opt for the helicopter add-on, the guide will drop you off at the heliport and pick you up after your flight.

      • Do we offer military discounts?

        We currently do not offer any discounts for the military or kamaaina for our inter-island tours. We do have last-minute discounts for booking our shared tours on each island that is available to everyone.
