Upon arrival, you'll join your expert local guide and embark on a sightseeing tour filled with scenic stops throughout the day. This tour includes a visit to the Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park, where you'll explore the landscape's fascinating features like volcanic craters, lava tubes, and steam vents. Seating for parties of more than 6, or weighing a combined 1000lbs, will be seated across multiple aircrafts. Please provide accurate body weights as our ability to execute tours depends on this.

Directions

We will no longer provide car seats for children on our Big Island tours. Guests traveling with young children must bring their own car seats.

Conditions

We have a cancellation policy that requires our guests to contact us at least 72 hours prior to the tour start to change, update or cancel their reservation for a credit refund. Guests who cancel, do not show, or make changes to their reservation within 72 hours will not qualify for any refund.

Our refund policy is a mix of airline credit for 1 year for each passengerʻs name and cash refund on the difference, minus $100 change and update fee if applicable.

Any changes to your reservation 24 hours after booking may be subject to a change fee of up to $100.

The timeline provided for the tour is an example and some stops may not be available on the day of your tour. Your guide will make up those missing stops with other features. You will not be entitled to any discount or partial refund for missed stops, due to events we can not control.

In the event of an issue where we have to cancel your tour, you will receive a mix of credit and cash refund.

Please note, however, that any changes to the flight schedule after the final ticket purchase will be at your own expense.
Will There Be Stops For Meals?

Yes, during the tour, we will make stops at various locations where you can purchase meals or snacks. Please note that the cost of these meals is not included in the tour price. Additionally, depending on the group's schedule and timing, we might have a short break at the Mauna Loa Nut Factory or Big Island Candies Factory. These stops offer a chance to indulge in some delicious local snacks, should you wish to.
How is accessibility handled for guests with mobility issues?

Yes, our tour coaches are equipped with lifts to assist guests with mobility issues. We ask that you please inform us in advance so that we can ensure the appropriate accommodations are ready for your tour experience. This will help us provide you with the best possible service and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable tour for everyone.
