Our Catamaran Adventure Tour will begin with a 20 minute visit to the historic Moli'i Fishpond. This is one of Hawaii's most expansive fishponds and covers a vast 125 acres with depths ranging from 4 to 30 feet. With an impressive history dating back between 600 and 900 years, this aquatic wonder has preserved its heritage. Moli'i Fishpond is a rare gem and among the few remaining early royal fishponds of Hawaii. Within its waters, you'll find the cultivation of moi (threadfish), 'ama'ama (mullet) and awa (milkfish).
