All One-Day Tours are subject to availability, change without notice, and include round-trip transfers from Waikiki hotels and round-trip airfare to Maui.
Please bring a valid ID for airport security check-in. International guests must carry a valid passport for airport security check-in. Children under two years of age are considered FREE if they are on a lap and do not occupy a seat. Please let us know in the comment section when booking.
This tour involves moderate walking, so please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately. It gets cooler upcountry, so you might want a light jacket. The ride to Hana may be rough, as there are stretches of uneven surfaces. Locations/Routes may be modified due to national and state park advisories.
Please let us know of any special dietary needs 72 hours in advance or at checkout in the notes.

Conditions

We have a cancellation policy that requires our guests to contact us at least 72 hours prior to the tour start to change, update or cancel their reservation for a credit refund. Guests who cancel, do not show, or make changes to their reservation within 72 hours will not qualify for any refund.

Our refund policy is a mix of airline credit for 1 year for each passengerʻs name and cash refund on the difference, minus $100 change and update fee if applicable.

Any changes to your reservation 24 hours after booking may be subject to a change fee of up to $100.

The timeline provided for the tour is an example and some stops may not be available on the day of your tour. Your guide will make up those missing stops with other features. You will not be entitled to any discount or partial refund for missed stops, due to events we can not control.

In the event of an issue where we have to cancel your tour, you will receive a mix of credit and cash refund.

Will Food Be Available?

During the tour, we'll make stops for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Participants on a standard tour will purchase these meals individually. To minimize waiting time, we'll take orders for certain stops ahead of time. If you choose the Luxury Tour option, both breakfast and lunch will be served and are included in the tour price. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are also available upon advanced request.
Will This Tour Be Ok For My Toddler?

This is a family-friendly tour, so bring the kids! Children two and under ride free if the child is on a lap and does not occupy a seat.
Is There Cell Phone Service On This Tour?

This tour takes the Road to Hana, which has very little coverage from start to finish. It is a remote area, so be prepared for zero coverage for most of the day while riding down the highway.
