You will drive along a remote saddle trail across the vast 1000-acre valley, where you will encounter dusty dirt tracks, river crossings, and possibly even magical waterfalls after a rain shower. No refunds will be given if guests do not meet these requirements.

Conditions

We have a cancellation policy that requires our guests to contact us at least 72 hours prior to the tour start to change, update or cancel their reservation for a full refund. Guest who cancel, do not show, or make changes to their reservation within 72 hours will not qualify for any cash refund.

In the event of an issue where we have to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the weather such as sun hats, sunglasses, a rain jacket and change of clothes in case of rain. We also recommend bringing sunscreen and water.
Will tours operate if it is raining or there are bad conditions?

This tour generally operates rain or shine however if conditions are particularly windy or unsafe, we will cancel the tour for a full refund or a refund for the portion canceled. Do bear in mind that guests often enjoy the tour when it rains as they can see more waterfalls falling from the mountain peaks.
Is transportation to and from the Kualoa Ranch included in the tour?

Transportation to and from the Kualoa Ranch is not included in the tour however depending on the time of the tour, group transportation from Waikiki is available for an additional fee. Kualoa Ranch is about a 1-hour drive from Waikiki.
