Conditions

We have a cancellation policy that requires our guests to contact us at least 72 hours prior to the tour start to change, update or cancel their reservation for a full refund. Guest who cancel, do not show, or make changes to their reservation within 72 hours will not qualify for any cash refund. In the event of an issue where we have to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund.

Can I book a shuttle from Waikiki for added convenience, and how does it work?

Yes, an optional shuttle is available for guests from select Waikiki pick-up locations. It comes at an additional fee. You'll meet at the designated pick-up point, and the shuttle will transport you to the departure location at Kewalo Basin Harbor.
Are alcoholic beverages included?

Yes, each adult guest will receive two free drink tickets. Additional drinks are available for a small fee. Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages are included.
