Jet Ski Requirements $

All jet ski drivers must present valid id and must be 16 years and older.
Minors (under 18) cannot drive another minor.
All tandem jet ski rental customers must be 7 years and older, and must ride with an adult over 18.
Each jet ski party needs to have a visa/mc or discover credit card to fulfill jet ski rental agreement. Cards will not be charged unless there is damage to the jet skis.
Pregnant women cannot ride on jet skis or parasail.
I agree that all participants can understand instructions given in english.
I agree that all participants understand basic swimming techniques.

Start Times: On the hour from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Return is expected to be 1 hour from departure.

Finding the exact meeting spot can be tricky, as the addresses for 4 Sand Island Access Rd and 8 Sand Island Access Rd can point to different places depending on the map you use. Please refer to the pinned map below for the precise location of our boat.
Directions: The address of 4 Sand Island Access Rd covers a large area. You’ll need to head toward the boat ramp, located near the water, just to the left of the two-story grey/blue building at the site.
Important Notes:
- No check-in building or kiosk: There are no designated check-in areas at this location. Please do not enter any government buildings.
- Parking: Avoid parking in the trailer parking area, as it is clearly marked, and unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
Make sure to arrive at the designated boat ramp on time for your appointment.

Directions

We strive to accommodate guests with special needs, including those requiring a wheelchair. Please let us know in the comment box when booking if you need any assistance.
Pregnancy: For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to ride jet skis.
Age Limits: Participants must be at least 8 years old. Solo drivers must be 16 or older, and tandem drivers must be 18 or older.
Language & Swimming Skills: Participants must have basic swimming abilities and be able to speak and read basic English to ensure safety.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: We strictly prohibit alcohol and drug use during this activity. If there is any indication of impairment from alcohol or drugs, you will be denied the ride without a refund.
Cell Phones: Cell phones are not allowed on jet skis. If you are found using a cell phone during your ride, it will be ended immediately without a refund.
What to bring: Wear a swimsuit, board shorts, rash guard, or any comfortable clothing that can get wet. Life jackets will be provided.

Conditions

We have a cancellation policy that requires our guests to contact us at least 72 hours prior to the tour start to change, update or cancel their reservation for a full refund. Guest who cancel, do not show, or make changes to their reservation within 72 hours will not qualify for any cash refund.

In the event of an issue where we have to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund.
