Starting January 1, 2021, all of our Hawaii Vacation Packages will automatically include Travel Insurance Plus – Full Travel Credit Insurance. This means that our valued travelers can enjoy their trips with peace of mind. If necessary, they can cancel their plans for any reason, and we will reschedule their trip without any cancellation fees for airfare, hotel, tours, and activities booked through us.
Please note that any additional charges may apply due to seasonal price differentials during high-demand periods, particularly for rebooking to summer months and holidays. To make changes or reschedule, simply contact us via the websor reach out to your dedicated 24/7 Local Concierge who assisted you with your Hawaii vacation package. Guests can make changes up to 48 hours prior to departure.
We also offer Full Cash Refund Insurance as an alternative to Full Travel Credit Insurance. With Full Cash Refund Insurance, customers are eligible for a refund to their credit card for the full amount of their tour vacation purchase, minus the insurance cost. The cost per person varies based on the length of the vacation package:
- Vacation Packages of 4 Nights or less: $200 per person
- Vacation Packages of 5 to 7 Nights: $250 per person
- Vacation Packages of 8 Nights or more: $300 per person
If a cancellation is initiated by the guest through their local concierge agent, the agent will coordinate with each vendor, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, transfer companies, and tour vendors, to cancel the trip and process refunds to Hawaii Tours and Activities LLC (HTA), the owner of OahuActivities.com. Once HTA receives the refunds, they will issue a credit to the guest’s original form of payment. Please note that the refund process may take up to 2 to 3 billing cycles to appear on the credit card statement. Airlines and hotels typically require more time to process refunds and issue credits back to HTA. Rest assured that a refund will be issued to the guest once all necessary refunds have been received by HTA.
